Anneliese is a creative marketing strategist & leader based in New York City with 7+ years of experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, and creative production.

Over the past 7 years, she's moved from managing global product launches at Pat McGrath Labs to building a marketing function from the ground up as Director of Marketing at Good Weather Skin, where she led social, partnerships, events, affiliate, creators, retail expansion, and reporting directly to the CEO + CCO.

She holds an MBA from Texas A&M’s International Business University with a minor in Entrepreneurship and cares most about the intersection of brand storytelling, creator ecosystems, and the operational rigor required to get a launch out the door on time.
